How to order

The Sevenoaks District Scout Shop is available for anyone in scouting in the district and those outside if willing to travel to Sevenoaks.  WE DO NOT POST ITEMS.

Step One

Add your items to the basket. Please note there is a minimum order value £10 (excludes scout group orders).

If you can't find what you are looking for on our website the shop may be able to do a special order of anything from the main website. Email us with the item code and any other relevant information using the contact form before placing any other order on this site and we will let you know if we can place an order for you.

Step Two

Go to your basket and check out, selecting "Parent Order" as the Order Type.

If you need the item by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure it is available or advise you otherwise.  Emails are not always checked immediately this shop is run by volunteers.

You can pay 

Using a credit or debit card (only if you have checked we have stock first) or

By bank transfer to our bank account, quoting your invoice number as a reference

Step Three

When your order is ready you will be notified by the shop volunteer team, along with collection arrangements. 

When you collect your order you will have the opportunity to try on the items for size and, if stock is available, exchange them for an alternative size.

We do hold some stock but cannot always guarantee items will be available immediately. 

Returns and Refunds

We are always happy to exchange for an alternative size. Please do not order two different sizes to try! Please order one size and we will swap it if needed. 

Refunds can be made if you advise us within 14 days of purchase.  Items must then be returned within 14 days.  Refunds to credit cards incur charges to us as a Scout District and any refund we agree to make after 14 days will be less these charges.  

Choosing the bank transfer option when placing an order or emailing in advance to arrange to try before you buy are preferred options if you believe there is a good chance you may need a refund.
