Sevenoaks District Scout Shop is pleased to be able to offer an on-line ordering facility. Ordering through this website is convenient and easy and profits go back into Sevenoaks District Scouting, with a proportion going direct to your group!
You can place an order by adding the appropriate items to your basket. Once you have added all necessary items, you can view your basket and proceed to checkout. Payment in full is required at point of purchase by credit or debit card or by BACs transfer. We can also accept Group cheques; however payment must be made on collection of goods. We are unable to accept personal cheques from parents/carers. Once complete, you will be sent an email receipt to confirm your order. Items are to be collected from the Scout Shop (see below), or through your Group - please select the appropriate option at the Checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please note that, in order to keep costs as low as possible, we place bulk orders with our suppliers on a regular basis and not individually as they are made. Therefore, there may be a short wait for your order to arrive with us.
You can collect your order from the Sevenoaks District Scout Shop, Jubilee Rise, Seal, Sevenoaks, TN15 0BH at designated times which will be communicated to you by email once your order is fulfilled. Changing facilities are available at the Scout Shop and exchanges may be possible if an alternative item is held in stock. Please be respectful of neighbours if parking in Jubilee Rise. Parking is also available on Childsbridge Lane.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of collection of your goods. Goods must be unworn and in their original new condition with all labels and packaging. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
Only items ordered through the website or through Groups are eligible for return or exchange. We are unable to process items purchased elsewhere.
